Alterra in Chino Hills
Overview
Alterra is a small community consisting of single family homes located in the southern part
of Chino Hills just south of Soquel Cannon Parkway and west of the Chino Valley Freeway (Route 71).
The Alterra community has excellent schools including
Wickman Elementary School
Townsend Junior High School and
Chino Hills High School.
Wickman Elementary serves grades K-6 and is one of the
few public elementary schools in the state to to receive an exceptional
Great Schools Rating
of 10 out of 10 and also earned a position on the
California Business for Education Excellence 2009 Star Schools Honor Roll.
Homes in the community range in size from around 1000 square feet to 2700 square
feet and most were built between 1988 and 1993.
