Butterfield Ranch in Chino Hills
Overview
Butterfield Ranch is a small community consisting mostly of single family homes located in the southern part
of Chino Hills just west of the Chino Valley Freeway (Route 71). Located on Butterfield Ranch Road
and bordered on the north by Butterfield Park and Meadows Park, Butterfield Ranch has a wonderful
small-town family feel.
Butterfield Ranch is known for it's excellent schools including Butterfield Ranch Elementary School
Townsend Junior High School and
Chino Hills High School.
Butterfield Ranch Elementary serves grades K-6 and is one of the
few public elementary schools in the state to to receive an exceptional
Great Schools Rating
of 10 out of 10 and also earned a position on the
California Business for Education Excellence 2009 Star Schools Honor Roll.
Homes in the Butterfield Ranch range in size from around 1000 square feet to 2700 square
feet and most were built between 1988 and 1993.
